Shipping Information

Currently, we offer international shipping services to multiple countries and regions. If you can successfully select and fill in your shipping address on the checkout page, it means that your region is within our delivery range.

We are continuously optimizing our logistics channels and will gradually expand our delivery coverage in the future, allowing more users to conveniently place orders and receive their goods.


Shipping Costs

All Ctozud products enjoy free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden shipping fees.

The price you see on the product page or during checkout is the amount you need to pay (excluding any taxes that may be imposed by local customs).


Order Processing Time

Generally, orders will be processed and shipped within 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays). The processing process usually includes:

  • Order information verification;
  • Product sorting and packaging;
  • Generating a tracking number and arranging shipment.


Please note:

Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

During promotional periods or when order volume is high, processing time may be slightly delayed. We will do our best to expedite the process.
