Product Safety & Sustainability

Ctozud has always believed that a safe and enjoyable building experience should be built on a foundation of reliability and responsibility. In addition to focusing on structural design and user experience, we also prioritize safety details and the long-term impact on the environment. This document aims to help you better understand our approach and principles in these areas.

Regarding Safety

Every product, from conception to completion, undergoes repeated adjustments and testing. We focus not only on the final appearance but also on the stability and reliability during use. From material selection and structural design to production and packaging, we strive for meticulousness and reliability.

Our key priorities include:

  • Selecting materials that meet relevant safety requirements;
  • Ensuring tighter fitting parts and a more stable structure;
  • Providing necessary usage warnings in packaging and product descriptions;
  • Continuously optimizing details to reduce unnecessary risks.

Of course, any building product requires proper use to maintain a good experience. Correct usage habits are an integral part of safety.

Regarding Age and Supervision

People of different ages have varying levels of dexterity and concentration. Therefore, we recommend paying attention to the suggested age range indicated on the product before use.

Some simple suggestions:

  • Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years old;
  • Young children should be supervised by a parent while using the product;
  • More complex structures are better suited for users who are patient and enjoy challenges.

Small parts pose a risk of being swallowed.  Storing and placing them carefully will provide greater peace of mind.

Tips for Daily Use

Good usage habits can make the building process smoother and help your creations last longer.

  • Complete the steps slowly and patiently;
  • Avoid forcefully disassembling or modifying the structure;
  • Place the finished product on a stable surface to reduce the risk of falling or loosening;
  • Organize the parts when not in use to make it easier to continue next time and prevent loss.

These seemingly simple details can often make the experience easier and more lasting.

We hope that every carefully completed creation can be preserved for a long time, rather than being forgotten after a short period. Because of this, in our design and operations, we are gradually moving towards a more environmentally friendly and sustainable direction.

Our current ongoing efforts include:

  • Making the structures more durable, allowing for repeated assembly and disassembly;
  • Minimizing the use of unnecessary packaging;
  • Optimizing transportation and packaging methods to reduce resource consumption;
  • Gradually experimenting with more easily recyclable materials where appropriate.

This is not something that can be accomplished all at once, but rather a process of continuous improvement.

We also believe that true change often comes from many small choices.

  • If you wish, you can try:
  • Taking good care of the product and enjoying the fun of repeated assembly;
  • Simply sorting and recycling the packaging materials;
  • Sharing or reusing the product with others when you no longer need it.

These seemingly insignificant actions, when accumulated, are actually very meaningful.

Over time, we may adjust and refine this statement based on actual circumstances. Any updates will be published on this page and will take effect upon publication. We recommend checking the latest version when needed to obtain the most current information.
