You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. During this period, if the item does not meet your expectations, you can submit a return request according to this policy.

To ensure smooth return processing, the item must meet the following basic conditions:

  • Must be in its original condition as received;
  • Must not have been used or show obvious signs of assembly;
  • Must have complete packaging and all accessories;
  • Must provide order proof or purchase record.

If the item has been assembled, damaged, or is missing original packaging, it may affect the return processing result.


How to Request a Return

You can request a return in the following ways:

  • Find the corresponding order and submit a return request;
  • After confirming that the return conditions are met, we will provide further return instructions.

Eligible returns will receive a prepaid return label. After the item is returned and inspected, a certain fee will be deducted from the refund for return shipping and handling fees.


International Order Instructions:

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Receipt Abnormalities and Damage

Missing or Damaged Parts Guarantee

If you find missing or damaged parts during the assembly process, don't worry. We provide parts replacement support services to help you complete your assembly experience smoothly. Simply submit the relevant information, and we will arrange for processing as soon as possible. 


Situations Not Eligible for Returns

The following situations are generally not eligible for returns:

  • Final clearance items;
  • Gift cards (if applicable);
  • Customized or special order items;
  • Assembled or partially assembled items;
  • Items without original packaging or with obvious man-made damage;
  • Products not purchased from the official Ctozud.com website.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, we recommend confirming with us before sending it back.


Exchange Instructions

If you wish to exchange for a different style or item, we recommend applying to return the original order item first. After the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item, which is usually a faster process.


Refund Instructions

Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will notify you of the result via email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method, and a restocking/processing fee may be deducted.


After the refund is issued, it usually takes 5-10 business days for the bank or credit card institution to process the transaction. The exact time depends on the processing speed of your financial institution.
